Head To Toe Routine
Keep within your comfort zone
- Neck rotations (clockwise & anti clockwise)
- Shoulder rolls (clockwise & anti clockwise)
- Arms extended out to the side, rotate wrists (clockwise & anti clockwise)
- Shake hands (side, front arms out, front arms bent)
- Waist turning left and right, arms slapping front & back of body (hips straight)
- Hip rotations (clockwise / anti-clockwise)
- Knee bending (forwards and back, don't rotate)
- Right / Left leg picked up (Out, In and Knee down)
- Left / Right ankle rotations (clockwise & anti clockwise)
- Left & Right outside edge foot rolls on floor
- “Left and right leg. Stretching of extended leg and gentle opening of ball & socket in bent leg. Keep back straight throughout, point toe of bent leg out 45 degrees towards the corner, knee in direction of toe.
