Step Forward Grasp The Sparrows' Tail

Demonstration & Application.

The diference between this
movement is the connection and intention of first grabbing an approach from a right
handed opponent rather than dealing with a left handed approach as in
the first Grasp The Sparrows' Tail.

From Parry, Block & Punch move back your weight slightly using waist
movement, open your left arm up,  pulling downward with your right fist still intact.
Left arm Wards Up, rights sits. Move forward weight, rotating left arm palm down
and circling right arm to close in. Step out. Move forward weight,
heel, ball, toe. Ward Off Right. Repeat previous Roll Back, Press & Push.

Connection Movement

In this connection movement you could be warding off and
striking with the right fist to a lower kick at the same time.
