We are going through Preparation, Beginning, Grasp The Sparrow's Tail (Ward Off left

Ward Off Right, Roll Back, Press, Push), Single Whip,

Raise Hands & Step Forward, White Crane Spreads its Wings. Left Brush Knee & Push,

Hand Strums the Lute and Left Brush Knee again.

Brush Left Knee & Push

Left Brush Knee. Turn body, right arm go down circle, left arm go up circle. Step out.

Then turn to front. Left arm brush out. Bend knee. Right arm push out.

 

Right Brush Knee. Move back weight slightly raising up left arm (palm still down). Turn

body opening left toes to N/E. Rotate left arm into Palm up. Move forward weight, knee

follow toe. Now repeat Brush Knee on oppposite side, back of palm downwards sweep

as with left. 

        

 

Hand Strums The Lute

 

                 

 

Hand Strums The Lute. Move forward your weight. pick up your right leg.

Changing footwark from  Bow Stance to Empty Stance.

Move back your weight. Right palm pulls back, palm leveling out

 Left arm sits in front of you body. Palm hooked towards horizontal,

fingers vertical. Changing footwark from toe to heel. Hands towards centre

line now. Foot gaining weight, right arm push down, left middle forarm, lift up.
