Meridian Tapping
1. Start in Preparation Form Position
Warm Hands
2. Double Hand/Finger Tapping
- Top of feet
- Up outside of both legs
- Down inside of both legs
- Hips and Dantien
- Up front of body, and across chest
- Back of left hand, up arm to shoulder
- Turn arm over, down left arm to palm
- Back of right hand, up arm to shoulder
- Turn arm over, down right arm to palm
- Tap nape of neck, up and over back of head
- Either side of forehead
3. Massage Head/Face
- Ear massage
- Two fingers rubbing nape of neck from bottom to top
- Two fingers across forehead
- Massage across top of eyebrows
- Either side of nose
4. Double Hand/Finger Tapping
- Turn arm over then down left arm to palm
- Back of right hand, and up arm to shoulder
- Turn arm over then down right arm to palm
