Kua Meaning
Pron: "Q Wha"

1. Hipbones stretch a little outwardly.
2. Inner thigh is adjusted round
3. Fine-toning your knees’ bending. (Knee follow toe)

The Yang Family Hand Form
Basic Introduction & Practice

Preperation, Beginning, Ward Off Left adding Ward Off Right, Press if time.
 
Ward Off Left
 
     
Move your weight slightly to left. Raise left toe and turning, open your body to
right corner. left hand moves forward slightly, right moves back slightly, right knee
following toe sit down on that leg. Right arm circles out then in to face front.
Left arms curves under towards body. Stand out with left leg arms closer onto heel.
Move weight, ball to toe, bend your left knee and left arm wards up, right arm pushes
down by your waist. Body leads movement turning to your side. Gaze follows
left arm direction.
